Your profile
- You are a trained medical practice assistant, have a comparable qualification, or are a career changer (e.g., dental assistant)
- Ideally, you have already worked in pediatrics and adolescent medicine or have experience in family/general medicine
- You work independently, reliably and accurately
- You are a team player, responsible and love your job
- You have empathy when dealing with young patients and their parents
Your tasks
- Reception of patients and triage
- Handling of telephone inquiries
- Appointment scheduling in the electronic agenda (SMR)
- Patient care, preparation of young patients (seating patients, measuring height, weight and head circumference, performing hearing and vision tests, preparing for check-ups)
- Medical assistance (vaccinations, blood sampling, ECG, lung function, allergy tests, wound care, bandaging and much more)
- Practice administration (electronic medical records, service accounting, orders, organization)
