Concept

Open 365 days a year

Our opening hours depend on the needs of our patients and their parents. Working parents in particular often only have time to accompany their children to scheduled examinations (e.g., vaccinations) at off-peak times or on weekends. In emergencies, our long opening hours provide an alternative to the emergency rooms of children's hospitals, where potentially long waiting times can be a strain on the affected family. Almost all our locations are open 365 days a year.

A wide range of pediatric and adolescent medical services under one roof

We offer a wide range of pediatric and adolescent medical services under one roof. In addition to general care, we offer specialist services (e.g., allergology, pneumology, homeopathy, endocrinology, cardiology, neurology, and neonatology).

As a "walk-in" emergency practice, we provide you with prompt care in emergencies—even without an appointment. This allows us to treat our little patients promptly and save you long waiting times in emergency rooms.

Primary care physician / relationship of trust

In principle, your children and adolescents will always be treated by the same pediatrician and adolescent physician, your general practitioner. You will only be treated by the attending physician in the case of emergency appointments or for treatments that only a specialist can carry out. In the case of emergency appointments, your entire previous medical history is immediately available to the attending physician through our electronic medical records, allowing them to find the optimal treatment for your child.

Same-day emergency appointments

As a group practice, we are also able to offer the services of a children's walk-in clinic with long opening hours. We treat emergency patients on the same day.

If possible, please give us a quick call to arrange a same-day emergency appointment. This enables us to keep waiting times as short as possible, even in an emergency. In urgent cases, you can of course also visit the practice directly without an appointment.

In the case of highly infectious diseases such as chickenpox or suspected COVID-19, we ask you to call us in advance so that our staff are informed and the necessary isolation measures are already prepared when you arrive with your child.

Even if you want to keep your family pediatrician, you are welcome to visit us for one-off emergency treatments. If you give us your general practitioner's name, we will send them an emergency report showing what diagnosis we made and what treatments we carried out.

School of medicine

We work according to the latest methods of conventional medicine.

Ensuring treatment quality

Even in a field of work where the training, experience and empathy of a doctor play a major role, objective quality management is possible and important. Multiple measures ensure the quality of your child's treatment:

  • Doctors and the assistance team are chosen based on strict selection criteria, which include professional experience, reference information and a probationary period.
  • In our practices, we use state-of-the-art equipment, tools and methods.
  • The doctors regularly exchange information in internal and external quality circles and are constantly undergoing further training in pediatrics and adolescent medicine and their specialist areas.
